My Brother had his 7th birthday on Sunday and I overheard his conversasion with his friend.

Kelton: oh cha coco ca
Christoper: what was that?!
Micaiah: that was French! see...ah ya oh ya
Christopher: ooohhhhh...what did that mean?
Micaiah: I farted on my head!
They all laugh...
awkward silence...
moments pass...
suddenly...!
Josiah: oooh la la!

I thought it was so funny!
He has not talked all that time and then he just blurts out the cutest sentence.

I loved it...

(sigh)

Penderwick Family Honor

Bethany here's your challenge:
We recently read the book "The Penderwicks", the 4 girls in that book did allot of things in the name of "Penderwick family honor". I'd like you to write out what you think "family honor" is and what we would stand up against in the name of family honor.

Here is what I think....

I think that their family honer is something that keeps them together and reminds them about the fact that they need to keep their family honored by others.
When Sky (one of the Penderwick girls) bumped in to Jeffery (the boy with the snobby mother), she could not make herself go and say sorry to him later. So...in order to keep there family honor, one of the other sisters had to go and say sorry too Jeffery for Sky. So Jane (the other Penderwick girl (they have four of them)) went and said sorry to prove that they were not one of those families that just blows it off.

I hope this is what you were looking for mom.
It's what I understood from your instructions.

Fathers Day BBQ

We went to my Grandpas farm for Fathers Day and just to pass time, my dad and I played "soccer". Dad made my finger numb when he bashed it against his knee, but in the end I was saved by Bandit when I kicked it far and she just shot after it and dad had no choice but to leave it alone, because when Bandit has the ball...Bandit has the ball.
Dad just happened to get deodorant from Dollerama. (mom got it for him....not me)
I always seemed to catch Grandpa at the wrong moment......

spring concert

yesterday I went to my year end spring concert and I played piano and sang. I WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO PLAYED PIANO!!!! Everyone else was just singing!!!!

park time

On wendsday we went to the park, and it was FREEZING COLD! It was so much fun and I brought Becca with me (that her on the twirl thingy). I almost threw up when i went on the green twirl thingy. I was sooooo dizzy!
There was a skate park there to. It was fun to run up and down the hills and sit in the way of the skater dudes saying, "nice underwear". lol we really did say nice underwear to them! it was soooo funny!

CHEER

On the weekend, I went to a CHEER (homeschooling co-op with language, art, gym and drama) year end BBQ. It was so much fun, we had supper and just PIGGED OUT!!! on all the junk food. As you can see in the pic, we talked allot on the trampoline, but it was kinda hard because the mosquito's were SOOOOO BAD! I went home with tons on my legs!!!!
But it was so much fun, and as you can see, the girls kick the guys off the tramp. lol

Grad Weekend

My Cousin (that's him to the left) Blake had his grad a few weeks ago and we went over to Calgary to visit them.
When we were there, we all went to that park and had a great time. (that's Micaiah, my little brother)
My cousin Mariah and I were making videos of ourselves on our digital cameras, and so we decided to make hairdo's to look like Elvis. lol ( me, Mariah. L-R )
